projectloyal is currently a pilot-stage service. Features may change and service availability is not guaranteed.
Merchant loyalty programs
Participating merchants define and honour their own loyalty-program rules, rewards, eligibility, and customer-facing offers. projectloyal provides the technical loyalty-card and tracking service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should protect their member token and wallet card. Suspected misuse or incorrect loyalty activity should be reported to the participating merchant or projectloyal.
No payment processing
projectloyal does not currently process customer payments. Contactless loyalty tap functionality is in development and is separate from payment processing.
