Business service

projectloyal is offered to businesses for creating and operating digital loyalty programs. Merchants are responsible for their loyalty rules, rewards, customer-facing offers, and lawful use of the service.

Trials, prices, and billing

Local and Scale Up include a 14-day card-required trial. Unless canceled, the selected subscription begins billing after the trial. As a small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), projectloyal does not charge VAT; published prices are final. Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of ten monthly equivalents. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

Cancellation and failed payments

Merchants can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payments receive a seven-day grace period; afterward, customer-facing activity is frozen while existing data and cards are preserved.

Account deletion

An owner can schedule account deletion and restore the account within 30 days. After that period, projectloyal deletes product and account data, except records that must be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legal obligations.

Customer loyalty programs

Participating merchants define and honour rewards, eligibility, and customer-facing offers. projectloyal provides the technical loyalty-card and tracking service and does not process customer purchases.

Availability and acceptable use

Merchants must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful content or activity. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
